4-H Officer Training Scheduled for November 5th
All 4-H club officers should mark their calendars for an Officer Training Workshop, Saturday, November 5, 2011. Madison County will host this annual multi-county event; please plan to be there from 9 a.m. to Noon. More details will be available soon, once the location is confirmed. Please keep this important training date in mind as you hold club elections in October.

District Leader Training Announced
The Northern District All Stars and Leaders Association will be holding 4-H leader training, fair judges training, and association meetings on Saturday, October 22, at the Shenandoah County Extension Office. Please hold the date. Registration information will be sent out shortly. Topics to be covered include “how to keep senior 4-H’ers involved”, “how to work with 4-H officers to run an effective club meeting”, and “photography” the 4-H project and also a session on fair judging for photography. Everyone is invited.
