Officer & Volunteer Training Deemed Successful

4-H youth and volunteers from six local counties met in Orange Saturday for an officer and volunteer training. Orange, Madison, Culpeper, Louisa, Fluvanna, and Albemarle youth learned how to be stronger leaders and practiced performing the duties of their elected position. Adults in attendance shared ideas for 4-H programs and learned new ways of handling situations that arise in some clubs. Altogether, there were more than 70 youth and 20 adults who participated.
