Youth in Orange daycare facilities finished up a summer 4-H program today with a food party. Though most times we tell kids to not play with their food, creativity was the direction of the day today! Youth made artwork out of a tortilla canvas and held avocados, peaches, red peppers, grapes, plums, radishes, broccoli, and carrots in place with cream cheese and yogurt. These delicious snacks followed a lesson entitled, "Eat a Rainbow Everyday!".
