Dairy Club Members Make Blankets for Club Service Project

Members of the 4-H Dairy Club completed a community service project at their November meeting.  Club members made hand-tied fleece blankets to be given to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.  Officers will carry these blankets in their cruisers and use as comfort items for child victims of car accidents, domestic violence situations, fires or other emergencies.  The idea is based on the Project Linus program.

Thank you, Dairy Club, for showing concern for others and donating your time for this worthwhile project.
