The Southeast District Association of Adult 4-H Volunteer Leaders is hosting the 2019 Spring Conference of the Virginia Association of Adult 4-H Volunteer Leaders (VAA4-HVL) at the Williamsburg Woodlands Hotel and Suites, Williamsburg, Virginia, March 30-31. The theme is “Celebrate the Past, Embrace the Future.”
The conference is for all of 4-H volunteers, extension agents, program assistants, district/state staff and a few sessions may be interesting to youth 4-Hers. The conference will provide the opportunity to learn new skills and receive training to improve 4-H activities across the Commonwealth.

Room rate: $108 per night plus tax (you must reserve by February 27, 2019 for this exceptional rate).
When making reservations, ask for the “VA Assoc of Adult 4-H Volunteer Leaders.”
Conference Registration Fee: $70.00.
Includes all workshops and two meals (Saturday buffet lunch and plated dinner).
All breakfast meals are included with the hotel room.
The Woodlands Hotel also offers an optional $20 ticket per guest to Colonial Williamsburg’s historical buildings and museums for the length of the hotel stay, purchased at hotel registration. This ticket is a great deal! The hotel will honor reservations on dates on both sides of the conference, so come early or stay days longer and have a blast!
The conference registration form must be postmarked by March 4, 2019 to avoid the $15 late fee.
Workshop descriptions and full schedule will be posted by February 15, 2019.
We will be holding a silent and live auction during the conference. Donations of items are greatly appreciated for these events! All proceeds will go towards supporting programs to train and educate 4-H adult volunteer leaders so that they can promote and provide support for Virginia 4-H programs.
