National 4-H Town Hall | November 10, 2020 @ 7PM

National 4-H Council will be hosting a National 4-H Town Hall. This event is being held in place of National 4-H Conference that was postponed earlier this spring and has now been cancelled for 2020.

Youth and adults are invited to participate in a virtual National 4-H Town Hall next Tuesday, November 10th from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm Eastern Standard Time.  A Zoom link will be sent to registered attendees on the day of the Town Hall.  National 4-H Council wants to hear how youth are doing, how National 4-H Council can help youth in these unusual times and want to give youth some tools that will help them connect with their 4-H friends in the days ahead. The National 4-H Town Hall program will include opening activities for youth and adults to participate in that youth will learn how to use with their 4-H peers.  National 4-H Council will then hear about a variety of topics about the challenges youth are facing today and ideas for the future.  After participants hear about each of these topics, they will be asked questions, and request responses via instant polling online.  National 4-H Council needs your input to help 4-H know about what youth need and their ideas for the future.  National 4-H Council will have a brief presentation on ways youth and adults can move forward in these times and will conclude with a series of interactive reflection activities that participants can participate in and then later use in their 4-H activities.

The National 4-H Town Hall is free and open to all interested 4-H members, volunteers and staff.  If you have high school aged 4-Hers who serve in leadership roles or who are active in civic engagement projects of any type they may also be interested in participating in the event. If you are interested or have youth that might be interested, please register at: https://www.cvent.com/d/f7qtwb
