State 4-H Cabinet Member, Andrea Farag, along with several other teen leaders are working to establish a Pen Pal program. This statewide pen pal system will allow 4-H youth to connect with kids from all parts of the commonwealth.
Youth will be provided with information and suggested topics to talk about within their writings to other youth. If you are 13 years old or older and interested in the program, please fill out this Google form before the end of the day on December 30th.
