Achievement Night will take place on Thursday, October 7 at 6:30pm at the Orange County Fairgrounds. This is an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the achievements of youth during the last 4-H year.
In preparation for Achievement Night, there are some award nominations and scholarship opportunities below. This year we will have ice cream to celebrate.
All forms are due by Friday, October 1, 2021 at 12:00pm.
Recipients will be recognized at the in-person Award Ceremony on Thursday, October 7 at 6:30pm at the Orange County Fairgrounds (14500 Old Gordonsville Rd. Orange)
Pillars of Character Award Nomination. The form is very straightforward and easy to complete. Nominators may nominate more than one 4-H member. Please submit separate entries for each nominee.
Harry T. Peters Jr. Leadership Award. This award recognized an outstanding senior 4-H’er. Letters or essays may be submitted to kellycarr@vt.edu.
4-H Scholarship Application. This county-wide scholarship is available to any 4-H member who graduated in 2021 (homeschool, public school, private school). Applications may be submitted to kellycarr@vt.edu.
