YMQA certification training to be held in Orange on June 25

All youth planning to exhibit beef, sheep, hogs, or meat goat animals are required to complete Youth Meat Quality Assurance (YMQA) training annually. There are a number of workshops being offered across the state, and completion is required by August 15 (time of State Fair entry).

The Orange County workshop will be held Thursday, June 25, from 3-5 p.m. at the Orange Extension office. You must call to pre-register (672-1361). Thanks!

The workshop is limited to 20 youth, and spots are filled first come, first served. The workshop is first being advertised to Orange and Madison youth, but will then be opened up statewide.
