State Fair Entry System Now Open

The State Fair of Virginia Youth Livestock entry system is now open. All entries are due by August 15, no exceptions. After online entry, youth need to get their forms signed by an Extension Agent and those signed forms must be mailed in with entry fee.

All livestock show youth (beef, sheep, swine, meat goat) must be YMQA (Youth Meat Quality Assurance) certified annually. That has to happen by August 15th as well. There are upcoming sessions in Culpeper and Augusta, but you must pre-register.
