Members/Clubs Have Opportunity to Create Ornaments for State 4-H Christmas Tree

The state 4-H office will once again be decorating a Christmas tree for the elaborate holiday displays at the Inn at Virginia Tech. The theme of the 4-H tree this year will be "Tell Your 4-H Story", and Virginia 4-H members and clubs are invited to create ornaments to be used on the tree.

Entries are due to the Extension office by November 10, and Kaci will deliver them to Blacksburg during 4-H Symposium. Keep in mind that the ornaments should be lightweight enough to hang on a tree and preferably shatterproof. Artists may or may not receive their entries back, so keep that in mind as you develop ornaments.

We're looking forward to some great entries from Orange County!
